to promote and organize research in all areas and information activities, staff with funding from the competent authorities in Italy and abroad, either directly or with relevant conventions;

The Association
The International Association for Economic Cooperation inform abbreviated AICE, the Association of Entrepreneurs and Professionals, individuals and legal entities, Italian and Foreign Affairs.
The association aims:

General Assembly:
consists of all staff members, welcomes the ongoing annual budget every three years and elects the Board of Directors, the Technical Council. Science and the College of Auditors, the extraordinary is convened under the statute by the Board of Directors and in cases of extreme necessity by the High Council. For approval of any amendment of the Statute requires the prior opinion of the High Council. The convening of the General Assembly takes place normally in the head office or elsewhere, by disseminating the most appropriate restraint, and by displaying the convocation for at least 15 days, the premises of the registered office and branch offices in Italy and abroad, and the other convocation will take place later than 2 hours from the first.
The announcement of the convocation shall specify the date, time and venue of the Assembly, at its first meeting, both ordianaria that straordinariaè regularly constituted with the presence of half the membership plus one. In the second call, the Assembly is validly incorporated, whatever the number of members involved and shall be effective by an absolute majority of members present. |
